Job Description
The individual in this position will utilize their commercial lending knowledge to support the adoption of various systems used by the Commercial Loan division. While providing excellent service, they will work hands on with the Commercial team to provide support and ensure various systems and sites (i.e., credit underwriting system and SharePoint) deliver optimal functionality to create efficiencies in workflow. 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide excellent customer service through building rapport with the commercial division in order to better understand business needs, user desires, training needs, workflows and best practices.

Learn and gain proficiency with various systems used by the commercial staff. Develop and provide training as well as ongoing system support. 

Exhibit teamwork by working closely with the respective divisions, system governance, project teams, IT and internal resources to develop and provide solutions.  Assist in creating process enhancements to provide efficiency to streamline business processes.

Create business requirement documentation for reports and templates needed to support management and compliance. 

Serve as the Commercial Lending SharePoint Subject Matter Expert (SME) assisting with the team site, document publishing, and retention.

Responsible for educating users.  This includes producing and publishing training material, as well as conducting both group and individual training sessions.

Responsible for driving adoption through understanding business needs, excellent implementation,  enthusiasm for role, and an understanding of the various systems’ capabilities, features, and limitations.

Test and report findings for system upgrades, interface changes, performance issues, server patching, and configuration changes.

Responsible for other duties and tasks as assigned by management.
 
QUALIFICATIONS:

Associates Degree required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. 

Minimum one year of work experience using Microsoft SharePoint and Office 365 is required.

3 years of experience working with banking systems and loan processing systems is required.

5 years of experience in commercial lending or commercial loan processing is preferred.

Project experience a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

High level of computer and software skills with an understanding of data management systems that is both conceptual and practical is required.
 
This position may require some travel by car to various locations throughout the Bank's market.
 
Typical hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Some evening and weekend hours will be required for configuration changes, testing, and other potential business needs.
